Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to read the following classified information carefully. It details the history behind a podcast. A podcast that is uncovering and dissecting information on espionage outlets worldwide. MI6, CIA, KGB…. no-one is safe from their intelligence operatives. They call themselves Spy Hards.
They are Scott, the agent and Cam, the provocateur. Intelligence tells us these are not aliases. These men are classy, cool under pressure and their knowledge of the spy genre is deadly in accuracy. Here’s what we know so far:
They met at a Star Trek convention in Las Vegas in 2013, and formed a close bond with a tight-knit group of allies. Cam (based in Vancouver, Canada) already ran a Star Trek podcast and invited Scott (headquartered in London) as a regular guest, but it was MI6’s own 007 James Bond that caught their attention early on.
Their love of Bond was the catalyst to choosing to go rogue together on their own podcasting mission – to highlight the spies of the cinematic world. From modern spies like Ethan Hunt and Jason Bourne, to comedic spies like Johnny English and Austin Powers, with classics from such names as John Le Carre and Alfred Hitchcock; no agent could deny their ability to decode the genre, and nobody can resist their dulcet tones and suave, sophisticated demeanours .
These men are professionals, their team-work and chemistry is impeccable. Skilled in the art of research, knowledge and with every podcasting gadget imaginable. Spy Hards goes deep into the world of double agents, femme fatales, tuxedos and Martinis to see which revered spy classic will end up on the NOC (Need-to-See Official Classics) List.
