Paramount sets the third entry in the A Quiet Place saga for March of 2023: a scant few details can be found here.

The first film was a success pretty much out of nowhere. The sequel turned out to be just the movie that cinemagoers were looking for when multiplexes started reopening their doors. Now comes the news that Paramount isn’t going to be keeping us waiting around for too long for the next entry in the A Quiet Place movie series.

The third film is likely to be the one that Take Shelter and Midnight Special helmer Jeff Nichols is penning and directing, and unlikely the second won’t be a direct follow-on from the movie before it. John Krasinski remains involved behind the scenes, but has ruled out helming the new film himself.

Anyway: Paramount has added the movie to its schedule in the UK for a March 31st 2023 release date. No further details beyond that have popped up, but we’d suggest that filming is likely to take place early next year with all that in mind.

We’ll keep you posted as we hear more.
