A final trailer for A Quiet Place Part 2 has released today ahead of the films June release date.

Over a year since it’s original release date, A Quiet Place Part 2 has released a final trailer ahead of it’s new release date.

The sequel to John Krasinski’s 2018 directorial debut A Quiet Place, the film follows Emily Blunt’s character as she and her children leave their hidden home following the aftermath of the first film. As they hunt for other survivors, they come across a mysterious character played by Cillian Murphy who does not want anything to do with them.

The film has been hotly anticipated since it’s announcement following the runaway success of the first film. It was one of the first films to be pulled at the start of the coronavirus pandemic, with both Krasinski and the studios involved insisting it would only ever debut in cinemas.

The new trailer showcases new scenes from the film, without giving too much of the plot or the new characters away. There are some nice call-backs to the first film, and it points to some exploration of what happened before the first film started. It’s honestly just refreshing to see something different to the trailer that played non-stop for the first three months of 2020! Check the new one out below and let us know, will you be headed back to the big screen to experience A Quiet Place Part 2?

A Quiet Place Part 2 will be releasing in UK cinemas on the 4th June.
