A Quiet Place – Part has a new release date. It will now be landing in cinemas at the start of September, Paramount Pictures says.

One of the first big studio films to be delayed in the midst of the outbreak of Coronavirus was John Krasinski’s upcoming sequel, A Quiet Place – Part II. He was in the midst of the press tour for the film, the press screenings were starting to take place around the world, and a March release was incoming.

Faced, though, with the shutdown of cinemas, Paramount Pictures hit the brakes on said release, delaying it to a then-unannounced new release date.

Well, that date has now been confirmed. A Quiet Place – Part II – has now moved to a new release date of September 4th of this year. Assuming, of course, that cinemas have reopened and the world has some degree of movement back.

We’ll keep you posted as we hear more.
