Comprised of different interconnected segments, Tell It Like A Woman showcases talent from all over the world.
Tell It Like A Woman, which is described as a female power feature, has now confirmed details about the cast.
The star studded ensemble will include Jennifer Hudson, Pauletta Washington, Cara Delevingne, Margherita Buy, Marcia Gay Harden, Eva Longoria, Leonor Varela, Jacqueline Fernandez, Anne Watanabe.
Segments will be directed by Maria Sole Tognazzi, Lucia Puenzo, Catherine Hardwicke, Leena Yadav, Mipo O and Taraji P. Henson.
The project is the result of a collaboration with We Do It Together, a non-profit film production company that advocates for gender equality, founded by producer Chiara Tilesi.
13 time Oscar nominated songwriter Diane Warren has penned a song called Applause for the film, which is performed by Sofia Carson. The song is described as ““the defining sound of the film and intended to serve as a hymn for female empowerment”. The filmmakers will embark on as Oscar campaign for the film and the song.
The film is expected to be released towards the end of the year.
