Carrie Underwood and Stephen Moyer headline The Sound Of Music, and the full stage production is streaming for free on YouTube this weekend.

It was originally thought that Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Shows Must Go On programme, that’s seen him release full-length staged versions of many of his shows and concerts each week, had come to an end last week. However, that’s proven to be not the case, as it looks like the idea is being extended.

Now, it’s not just Lloyd Webber’s shows that we’re getting.

From tonight, then, we’re now getting the full stage production of The Sound Of Music. This take on the Rodgers & Hammerstein musical starred Carrie Underwood and Stephen Moyer.

The show will start streaming from 7pm tonight on The Shows Must Go On YouTube channel. You can find that below, and click through to see it directly on YouTube should you prefer.

As always, you have 48 hours to watch this one, before it’s taken down. And another musical will indeed be added to the service next week. Expect an announcement as to what that is early next week…
