The third Bad Boys film is scheduled for disc release in the UK in May.
It took a long time to get the project off the ground, but when it finally arrived, it turned out that Bad Boys For Life was pretty much worth the wait.
The movie reunited Will Smith and Martin Lawrence, and this was a case of a belated sequel that was a marked improvement on the previous instalment. Furthermore, the change of directors – Michael Bay moved on, Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah stepped in – brought with a slight change of tone. The resultant movie was not only better received critically, but proved to be a huge hit too.
Plans are now afoot for Bad Boys 4.
Before that, though, there’s the small matter of the Bad Boys For Life disc release. It’s been confirmed that it’ll be released on DVD, Blu-ray and Ultra HD 4K Blu-ray. Furthermore, the movie is out for preorder now with a May 25th 2020 release date. Expect the digital release to be a little earlier than yet. Possibly quite a bit earlier, given the current Coronavirus situation.
