It’s showtime! Tim Burton’s Beetlejuice is getting a release on the Ultra HD 4K Blu-ray format this autumn, with an impressive collectors’ set lined up too.

The back end of the year is seeing a growing number of impressive catalogue titles making their way to the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray format, and Warner Bros – which already has the likes of The Goonies, Full Metal Jacket and the Sherlock Holmes films on the way – has now added Beetlejuice to its list.

In the US, a listing has gone up for the film for release on September 1st, the film’s first appearance on the Ultra HD 4K Blu-ray format. A special giftset is available alongside the regular release, and with thanks to Bloody Disgusting for the hat tip, it looks like this…

Now we finally have a UK release date too, and the film has popped up for preorder, due on August 31st. You can preorder and get more details here.
