Get ready for Bing At Christmas (the TV show, not the late singer) in Vue Cinemas this weekend.
Back in April 2018, the really rather popular CBeebies character Bing ā and heck, will most parents of youngsters know who Iām talking about ā made the journey to the big screen. Said production was cunningly called Bing At The Cinema, and it was an hour of episodes and a few extra bits on top.
The idea with such collections of episodes is to obviously make a bit of cash, but also offer a gentle way into cinema for the very young. And itās a successful trend too, with the likes of Peppa Pig and Paw Patrol taking a similar path.
Anyway: Bing is set to return. This weekend, Bing At Christmas has been added to the UK cinema roster, albeit only Vue Cinemas. It’s not expected to ban this production from its screens.
This weekendĀ too sees the CBeebies Christmas Show 2019 land in cinemas. Busy timesā¦
