The Birmingham Film Festival begins on Friday – and more details are here.

At a point where talk continues regarding bringing a studio complex to the area, the Birmingham Film Festival kicks off on November 1st, and it promises to be ten unmissable days for Midlands movie fans.

The event takes place at Millennium Point, and we’re promised a mix of features, shorts, documentaries and music videos. Moon producer Trevor Beattie, and his Trevor Beattie Films company, is the headline sponsor for the event. Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight is the festival’s patron.

Full details of the schedule, and how to get tickets, can be found at the Birmingham Film Festival website. You can find that right here.
