Director Nia DaCosta’s hit new take on Candyman is proving successful in cinemas – and it’s heading to home formats this November.

Universal held its nerve when it came to the scheduling of Nia DaCosta’s new take on the much-loved horror movie Candyman. It had options to send the film straight to streaming, but instead it delayed its release date so that it could get its time in cinemas. It’s been rewarded with a handsome hit.

Now it’ll be hoping that the home formats release goes as well. The studio will be releasing the new Candyman on DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray, and we now learn that it’s set a release date of November 29th 2021 for the film.

What we don’t have as of yet is any information on extra features. Just that the film’s disc release has been inked in. For the minute, you can find out more, and order yourself a copy, right here.
