Busy man, Mr Colin Firth. He’s recently wrapped up on the new adaption of The Secret Garden, that heads into cinemas next spring. He’s also going to be seen in January’s 1917, and a drama by the name of Supernova around the same time.

And now he’s about to embark on his next project.

Based on the book by Ben Macintyre and with a screenplay from Michelle Ashford, the film tells the story of a pair of intelligence officers in World War II, who take a corpse and some false papers to try and fool German troops.

It’s based on a real-life story, and filming is set to commence on the project in December. Production will take place in London. No word yet on a release date, but we’ll keep you posted on that as we hear more.
