A full oral history of Richard Linklater’s Dazed And Confused is presented in a brand new book – and we’ve got more details right here.

There’s no shortage of love in the world for one of director Richard Linklater’s earliest films, Dazed And Confused. The film, which featured the likes of Matthew McConaughey, Parker Posey, Ben Affleck, Renee Zellweger and Joey Lauren Adams, is a favourite of the 1990s. And a new book from Melissa Maerz, written with Linklater’s cooperation, is telling the story behind the movie.

Alright, Alright, Alright: The Oral History Of Richard Linklater’s Dazed And Confused is the book’s title, and it brings together behind the scenes photos, and insights from many of the cast and crew of the film. It also digs into Richard Linklater’s own archives for materials too, and the pagecount comes in at a hefty 460.

The book is available on Kindle already, but the hardback version is set to arrive on December 10th. You can find out more and order yourself a copy right here.
