Jockey Frankie Dettori is set to tell his story in a new documentary film, that’s coming our way this November: more here.

The extraordinary story of jockey Frankie Dettori is the subject of a new documentary feature, that’s heading to release next month.

Entitled Dettori, the film will follow the man’s racing career, that’s so far seen him notch up over 3000 wins. But it’s also going to cover the darker side of his story. From battling drug addiction to being on the wrong side of the power politics of the racing world, the man himself will be relaying these moments on camera with behind closed doors access to him.

Dettori will also follow him over the course of a season, as he tries to win a third Prix de L’Arc de Triomphe. Here’s the trailer for the movie…

The film is going to DVD and Blu-ray in time for the festive shopping period, and is available to preorder now. It’s 85 minutes long, and it’s out on November 15th 2021.
