Do Something, Jake begins its UK rollout next year – and here’s the trailer for the film…

Director James Smith has completed his latest independent UK production, that goes by the name of Do Something, Jake. The film – which we’ll be covering in issue two of Film Stories magazine (on sale in January) – tells the story of an unemployed introvert, who’s unable to read or write. But, as per the film’s description, he “draws on brilliant ingenuity when the woman he secretly loves is threatened”.

The official website for the movie can be found here, and that’s where you’ll find details on screenings and distribution.

Here, then, is the trailer for the film…

Film Stories magazine is available to buy in print here, single issues here, and digitally here.
