With over three hours of additional features, Edgar Wright’s The Sparks Brothers documentary heads to disc in the UK this October.

This October, director Edgar Wright will be back on the promotional trailer for his eagerly-awaited new movie, Last Night In Soho. After a couple of pandemic-enforced release date delays, the film will be in cinemas and is already notching up strong reviews.

That same month, those who missed Wright’s earlier film this year will be able to catch up with it too. It’s his documentary The Sparks Brothers, about the band Sparks. It follows their story over five decades, and the comprehensive film is going to be beefed up still further for the its DVD and Blu-ray release, courtesy of more than three hours of extra material

In the package then will be a full Sparks concert recorded in London, additional interviews and deleted scenes as well. From the looks of the listing, these will be on both the DVD and Blu-ray versions, although don’t hold us to that. They’re definitely on the Blu-ray at least.

The film is up for disc release on October 18th, and you can find more information – and preorder a copy – right here.
