Matt Damon and Jodie Foster star in Neill Blomkamp’s Elysium, that’s coming to Ultra HD 4K Blu-ray in early 2021.
Add another science fiction catalogue release to the list of upcoming Ultra HD 4K Blu-ray releases in the UK, with the news that Sony will be releasing Elysium on the format in early 2021.
Elysium stars Matt Damon and Jodie Foster of course, and it’s the second movie from director Neill Blomkamp (who had sprung to prominence off the back of District 9 beforehand). It’s a film with a striking look to it too, and should look really strong in the 4K disc format.
There’s no official word on extra features at the moment, but given it comes bundled with the previous Blu-ray release then it’s fairly safe to assume that previous supplements will arrive with it too.
The movie is released on Ultra HD 4K Blu-ray on February 8th. Our calendar of upcoming 4K releases can be found here.
