Asa Butterfield and Harrison Ford star in the 2013 movie Ender’s Game, which is getting a physical 4K release in the UK early in 2021.

The sci-fi adventure Ender’s Game has become one of the first films to be added to the list of 4K catalogue release in the UK in 2021. The movie, starring Harrison Ford, Asa Butterfield, Hailee Steinfeld, Viola Davis, Abigail Breslin and Ben Kingsley, had been intended to be the start of a new big screen franchise (as per the books it was based on). Muted box office soon put pay to that plan.

The film’s directed by Gavin Hood, and it’s nonetheless arriving on the Ultra HD 4K Blu-ray format on February 8th in the UK. A bundled Blu-ray copy will bring across the extra features from the previous Blu release, including a pair of audio commentaries, deleted and extended scenes and a making-of documentary.

The Ultra HD 4K Blu-ray is available to order now, and you can find it – and more details – right here.
