The trailer for Escape Room: Tournament Of Champions has arrived, and it looks deadlier than ever.
Following the blockbuster success of the first Escape Room, the trailer for a bigger and bolder sequel Escape Room: Tournament Of Champions has been released. The first film spoilers ahead! saw Zoey (Taylor Russell) and Ben (Logan Miller) survive the deadly game, and the trailer for the sequel sees them still hunting for retribution after watching the other players die. Unfortunately for them, The Puzzle Maker is one step ahead and traps them in a new game without their knowing, along with other previous survivors in a champion tournament.
The board looks bigger, the traps wilder and the jumps bigger. It’s one of many new horror films releasing this year, with the latest Conjuring film out this week, but with the solid performance of the original film, Escape Room: Tournament Of Champions looks likely to come out a winner in a box office battle.
Six people unwittingly find themselves locked in another series of escape rooms, slowly uncovering what they have in common to survive. Joining forces with two of the original survivors, they soon discover they’ve all played the game before.
Escape Room: Tournament Of Champions will release on the 16th July 2021 in the UK.
