The stage musical Everybody’s Talking About Jamie is now a film – and here’s a trailer for the movie, that’s arriving next month.

Filmed nearly two years ago and – like many films – stuck in some degree of release limbo thanks to the pandemic, the movie take on hit musical Everybody’s Talking About Jamie is finally nearly with us. It’s no longer heading to cinemas, as instead it’s been snapped up by Amazon and its Prime Video service. But on the flip side, Amazon is putting some not inconsiderable resources behind promoting the movie.

The film lands on its service on September 17th, with a cast include Max Harwood, Sarah Lancashire and Richard E Grant. Jonathan Butterell, who directed the stage show, makes his feature directorial debut. Dan Gillespie Sells and Tom MacRae, who created the stage show with him, are on screenplay duties too.

And a brand new trailer for the film has landed. Here’s how the movie is shaping up…

More closer to release time…
