Mark your diaries for April 2023, if you’re after the next entry in the Fast & Furious series of movies.

Some new stories that we publish on this site can be considered as something of a surprise. This, chums, is very much not one of them. Notwithstanding the fact that the last Fast & Furious film – Fast & Furious 9 – seemed to go just a little bit mad (you know which bit if you’ve seen the film), it was still a box office hit in an era where such things are in particularly short supply.

The plan with the franchise is two more films in the main line of Fast & Furious movies, with part ten being split into a pair of movies. As such, we now have confirmation that Fast & Furious 10 will be arriving in cinemas on April 7th 2023. Justin Lin will be returning again to direct, and the cost collection of regulars – led by Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez and Jordana Brewster – are returning.

Dwayne Johnson has already ruled himself out, and he’s instead going to be returning to the series in a Hobbs & Shaw spin-off sequel. No word on when to expect that.

But expect more news on Fast & Furious 10 in the months ahead…
