Olivia Wilde’s highly-anticipated follow-up to Booksmart is arriving in September and you can get a proper look at it right here.

Following the very brief preview that was released last September for Olivia Wilde’s upcoming film, Don’t Worry Darling, we’ve now got a proper trailer to feast our eyes on. Set to release in September 2022, the film stars Florence Pugh, Harry Styles, Chris Pine, and Gemma Chan.

Details on Don’t Worry, Darling first emerged back in October of 2020 and the movie suffered from Covid-related production pauses during production, but if the sumptuous trailer is anything to go by, the film at the very least is going to be a beautiful thing to behold. It’s a 1950s desert community thriller where ‘Alice (Florence Pugh) and Jack (Harry Styles) are a young, happy couple living in a seemingly perfect community during the 1950s, which is created and paid for by the mysterious company Jack is working for. When the curiosity about the nature of her husband’s work consumes her, Alice slowly gets to see the imperfections of the community.’

The film has been written by Wilde’s regular writing partner, Katie Silberman, and is set to be released by New Line Cinema and Vertigo Entertainment. The trailer looks very promising indeed and we’re very keen to see what the Booksmart creators have come up with next. You can catch the trailer below.
