A special event in London is attracting some excellent speakers, and looking to discuss the future of the movies and storytelling.

On November 26th of this very year, the BFI Southbank in London is playing host to the Future Of Film Summit. It’s a conference event that’s set to focus on the future of film and storytelling, across a series of workshops, keynote speeches, panel discussions and more.

It’s already attracting some impressive names, too. The brilliant designer and creative director Alex McDowell – whose CV includes the likes of Fight Club, Minority Report and Man Of Steel – is giving the opening keynote address.

Further speakers confirmed thus far include Tim Webber (the chief creative officer of Oscar-winning VFX specialists Framestore), Dr Jo Twist (CEO of UKIE), Tony Kearns (editor of Black Mirror Bandersnatch, amongst others) and Claire Fleming (art director of Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker).

The event runs from 9.30 to 5.30, and tickets are on sale now. They’re priced at £179, with a limited number of student discounts available.

You can find more information at the event’s website, that you’ll find at www.futureoffilm.live
