A new movie set in Liverpool needs £5000 of crowdfunding to get off the ground – and here’s how you can get involved.
A new film set in and around Liverpool is heading into the final stages of its crowdfunding campaign, and it’s not too late to support it.
Kate & Jake is described as “a truthful, hard-hitting yet funny tale of adolescent love and working class hardships, exploring the themes of guilt, loss and dreams within the city of Liverpool”.
It’s a micro-budget production, written and directed by Jack McLoughlin. You can find out more about the film’s appeal right here.
