The story of the late music star Jeff Buckley is to be made into a feature feature, called Everybody Here Wants You.

The late Jeff Buckley is to be the latest music star to get the movie biopic treatment, it’s been announced.

Culmination Films has revealed the project, that’s going by the name Everybody Here Wants You, will be filming this coming autumn. It’s been written by Dionne Jones, and Orian Williams will be directing. Furthermore, Reeve Carney (who played Peter Parker on Broadway in the show Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark) will be playing Buckley in the film.

The movie is being made with the cooperation and support of the Jeff Buckley estate, and as such has full access to his music for the film. Buckley’s mother, Mary Guibert, will be one of the film’s producers.

No word yet on when we can expect the movie, but some time in 2022 seems likely.

More as we hear it.
