The terrific drama Just Mercy arrives on demand in the UK from April 6th, with a DVD to follow in May.

Warner Bros has confirmed that another of its movies, Just Mercy, is to get a faster digital release in  the light of the current closure of cinemas.

Just Mercy arrived earlier this year, and in truth was pretty much missed on its theatrical release. The movie stars Michael B Jordan and is from director Destin Daniel Crettin, who previously helmed the wonderful Short Term 12.

The film arrives on demand from Monday April 6th, and it looks like it’ll be at regular pricing to buy and rent (it’s listed at £9.99 to buy at the moment).

A DVD release is planned a little way down the line, and that’s due to be released on Monday May 25th. The DVD will come with a ‘Making Mercy’ featurette. No Blu-ray is planned for the film.

It’s a movie well worth seeking out, this one. And you can find out more about it right here.
