Sorry We Missed You is getting an extras-packed disc release in March.

It’s not interested the assorted awards bodies very much (save for a BAFTA nomination for Outstanding British Film), but Ken Loach’s latest film, Sorry We Missed You, earned strong reviews on its cinema release last autumn. If you didn’t catch it, then fret not. The disc release for the movie has just been confirmed.

The DVD, Blu-ray and digital version of the film are all set for release on Monday March 9th in the UK.

What’s more, we’re getting some quality extra features too. And unusually, these span both the DVD and Blu-ray editions of the movie. As such, whichever format you go for, here’s what’s in store:

  • Feature Commentary with Director Ken Loach and Writer Paul Laverty
  • Making Sorry We Missed You
  • Deleted Scenes
  • How to Make a Ken Loach Film
  • Gallery – Paintings by Aidan Doyle

The film is available to preorder now, and you can find it right here.
