Death On The Nile, Kenneth Branagh’s second Agatha Christie adaptation, is coming to Disney+ on 30th March.

Kenneth Branagh’s much-delayed second outing as Hercule Poirot, Death On The Nile, is being released on Disney+ on 30th March. The murder mystery tells the tale of a dream honeymoon cut short by murder. Poirot, who just happens to be on holiday on the same Egyptian river steamer as the couple, is on the case.

Death On The Nile boasts a sizable ensemble cast including Wonder Woman's Gal Gadot, Armie Hammer, and Black Panther star Letitia Wright. Also among the cast are Dawn French, Jennifer Saunders, Rose Leslie, and Annette Benning.

The sequel to Murder On The Orient Express was released in cinemas on 11th February, alongside the likes of action blockbuster Uncharted. It made a modest profit at the box office, and a sequel is currently in development. It’s thought that Branagh could return to star and direct, as he’s done with the previous two films.

Branagh’s films are rather fun murder mysteries for fans of the genre, Agatha Christie’s novels, or the actor himself. The upcoming streaming release is a good opportunity to watch the movie if you haven’t got round to it yet. In the US, Death On The Nile will be released on 29th March on Hulu and HBO Max.

Death On The Nile is in cinemas now, and will be available to stream on Disney+ from 30th March.
