Matt Damon and Christian Bale star in Le Mans ’66, that’s heading to disc in the UK towards the end of March.

One of the best mainstream blockbusters of 2019? I’m going to say Le Mans 66, director James Mangold’s terrific telling of the efforts by the Ford motor company to displace Ferrari in the 1960s.

The movie – known as Ford Vs Ferrari in the US – has been picking up technical nominations across awards season. But it’s also banked a tidy return on its budget.

Now we learn that a disc release date has been earmarked in the UK, with the Disney-owned 20th Century Fox putting the movie out on March 23rd 2020. It’ll be available on the DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray formats. A digital release is likely to land a week or two beforehand.

We’re a little bit too far out to get details of extra features at this stage. But here’s where you can preorder the film.

And here’s the Blu-ray box art.
