Game Of Thrones Lena Heady star is reportedly the subject of legal action from an agency who claim it is owed commissions.

Lena Heady is being sued by a former agency who is demanding what it alleges are unpaid commission payments. This includes monies for her role in Thor: Love And Thunder, a film in which ultimately, Heady would not even appear. We already know that some other big names have been left on the cutting room floor, with Jeff Golblum and Peter Dinklage’s return to the MCU also not making it into the final cut. However, the news that Heady was set to appear before being cut has been overshadowed by the reveal that the actor’s former agency are now suing her.

Heady disputes the claims, arguing that her role in the upcoming Thor sequel, which releases later this week, came about from a personal conversation with director Taika Waititi. She also claims that she never signed a contract with the agency either. Should those claims be accurate, it’s difficult to see in the case of Love And Thunder at least,  how the claimants have a case, but that’s for minds wiser than ours to decipher.

Despite Heady’s small role having been removed alongside Goldblum and Dinklage too, Love And Thunder has no shortage of star power. Chris Hemsworth stars as Thor alongside Bale, Tessa Thompson, Jaimie Alexander, Waititi, Russell Crowe, and Natalie Portman. Then there’s  Chris Pratt, Pom Klementieff, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Vin Diesel, and Bradley Cooper performing their respective MCU roles as the Guardians Of The Galaxy. We’ll also be seeing turns from Matt Damon, Sam Neill, and Luke Hemsworth, Melissa McCarthy and Simon Russell Beale.

As for Heady, she’s currently working on her directorial debut, a psychological thriller by the name of Violet. We’re looking forward to seeing how that unfolds and will bring you more on the progress of that project as we hear it.
