Netflix reveals the trailer for its first Christmas movie of the year.

Netflix enjoyed a seasonal success with last year’s The Christmas Chronicles, starring Kurt Russell. And its slate for this Yuletide is looking to try and repeat the trick.

As such, it’s releasing Let It Snow, based on the anthology novel that shares its title. The book featured a trio of romances, penned by Lauren Myracle, John Green and Maureen Johnson. Before you can say Love Actually, those three stories intertwine, and you have a festive movie.

Luke Snellin directs this one, working from a script by Kay Cannon, Laura Solon and Victoria Strouse. And the first trailer looks like this…

Here’s the (brief) synopsis…

When a snowstorm hits a small town on Christmas Eve, a group of high school seniors finds their friendships and love lives unexpectedly colliding.

And the film goes live on Netflix from November 8th.
