Netflix announce a new holiday themed rom-com starring Lindsay Lohan.
Lindsay Lohan is stepping back on to the soundstage for a Netflix holiday rom-com.
Lohan will be star in the yet to be named rom-com which was announced on Twitter today by the streaming platform.
The plot – Lindsay Lohan will star in a new romantic comedy about a newly engaged and spoiled hotel heiress who finds herself in the care of a handsome, blue-collar lodge owner and his precocious daughter after getting total amnesia in a skiing accident.
Lohan has been largely absent from the film world, and aside from a supporting role in 2019s Among The Shadows, her last leading lady credit was in 2013s The Canyons, which we discussed in our recent article on the actress.
Netflix has become synoymous with the holiday season, releasing multiple Christmas and holiday themed films each year throughout November and December, most infamously The Christmas Prince trilogy.
Christmas feels like a long way off, but I’m already counting down the days with this announcement. What do you think the film should be called?
