Mark Wahlberg’s new thriller set for UK shoot

Antoine Fuqua will direct Infinite, starring Mark Wahlberg.

Next on the docket of Mark Wahlberg is a new thriller by the name of Infinite. It’s an adaptation of the novel The Reincarnationist Papers, that was penned by D Eric Maikranz. That novel tells the story of a group of people able to completely recall their past lives. Problem is that one young man finds himself haunted by particular memories of his last life or two, and wants to join the aforementioned group.

Ian Shorr is working on the screenplay for the movie version, and Paramount Pictures is the studio backing it. Appearing alongside Wahlberg will be Sophie Cookson and Dylan O’Brien. In the director’s chair for this one is Antoine Fuqua.

The film is set to shoot in the autumn, and production will be taking place in the UK.

The movie has been earmarked for an August 2020 release.
