If you’d rather wait for the disc release of Military Wives than the digital rental, then the first details are here.

After having its cinema release prematurely truncated, the already much-liked British movie Military Wives is one of a selection of films that’s already found its way to premium video on demand services. The current asking price is £15.99 for a 48 hour rental of the movie on digital service.

But the regular disc release is still coming too, and the disc has been earmarked for release on July 6th. It’ll be available in both DVD and Blu-ray formats, and perhaps understandably, there’s no plan for a 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray release at this time. The Blu-ray version of the film will also come with a digital download code, too.

The regular on demand release will take place a week before that, on June 29th. Look for regular pricing for the download version to kick in at that point.

The disc edition is available for pre-order here right now.
