After it was beamed previously to cinemas, the National Theatre production of Treasure Island is being made available for free later today.

The third week of the National Theatre At Home programme begins this week, as part of the organisation’s continued response to the ongoing lockdown in the UK. The idea is that each week, a new production that was previously beamed to cinemas is made available for free on YouTube. It then streams for seven days before a new production replaces it.

From 7pm tonight, then, we get the National Theatre production of Treasure Island, starring Patsy Ferran and Arthur Darvill.

And you can download the cast list and a resource pack to go along with your viewing here.

The show runs for just under two hours, and is suitable for ten year olds and over. Gaaaaaaaahhhhhhh etc.
