A new feature-length documentary film will focus on the Britney Spears’ long-running battle to overturn her conservatorship.
September 29th sees Britney Spear’s highly-publicised legal challenge against the conservatorship ruling that has controlled many aspects of her life for years now. The day before the case goes to Los Angeles’ superior court, Netflix has announced that its documentary, Britney vs. Spears will be launching. What’s more, a trailer has also arrived to herald the documentary’s release.
Spear’s case has gained worldwide notoriety in recent times, with huge campaigns forming to ‘Free Britney’ from the conservatorship ruling that takes away much of he independence. The film promises to explore this, as well as looking at the legal system’s handling of her case too.
