Filmmaker Simon Cox has announced a new, ambitious British science fiction movie that he needs your help with: Of Infinite Worlds.

Writer and director Simon Cox – after a decade-long effort – finished and got released his debut feature film last year. It was called Invasion Planet Earth, and it’s now available on DVD and digital platforms.

During lockdown, he’s been working on the script for his second feature, and he’s now decided to press ahead with the project. The funding for the first part of the movie has thus begun, and again, he’s tackling an ambitious science fiction film. This time it’s called Of Infinite Worlds, and here’s the synopsis…

When humans discover a giant oak tree growing all alone on Europa, one of Jupiter’s Moon, a team of astronauts are sent out to investigate.

Here the astronauts discover that the tree offers a link to a neighbouring galaxy and a gift that will enable all humans to travel anywhere in universe.  However, when the astronauts are hurled into a futuristic war between an alien race called Babanthians and deadly robots called Illonians,  the survival of the human race is suddenly at risk.

Expect, thrills, excitement, space battles and a fantastic family adventure.

It’s going to be quite a journey to get the film made, and you can find out more – and jump aboard – over at the movie’s IndieGogo page. More details right here.
