Something In The Water is set to shoot later this year.

The ever-busy Unstoppable Entertainment, headed up by Noel Clarke and Jason Maza, has revealed its latest movie project. It goes by the name of Something In The Water, and it’s described as a shark attack thriller.

Gaby Dellal is set to direct the movie, which will follow five female friends who head off to the middle of nowhere to celebrate an upcoming wedding. They decide, the day before said wedding, that a boat trip might be a nice idea. And we’re going to go out on a limb and suggest that they may end up regretting that decision.

StudioCanel has picked up the distribution rights for the project, and Cat Clarke has penned the screenplay for the movie. At this stage, casting is underway for the five lead roles – four British, one American – and the plan is to have the film before the cameras by the end of the year.
