A new trailer has been released for drama One Of These Days, directed by Bastian Günther and starring Gangs Of London's Joe Cole.
In drama One Of These Days, the endurance of 12 volunteers and competitors is put to the test in an annual ‘Hands On’ competition. Each person could turn their life around by winning a brand new pickup truck, if only they can keep their hands on it longer than any of the others.
Director Bastian Günther has previously worked on California City and Houston, and the film stars Joe Cole as family man Kyle Parson. Cole is best known for his roles in Gangs Of London and Peaky Blinders, in which he played John Shelby. Also in the cast are True Blood's Carrie Preston, Callie Hernandez (who appeared in Alien: Covenant), and Cullen Moss, who had a role in Amazon series The Underground Railroad.

One Of These Days has already been screened at festivals, including Berlinale, Zurich Film Festival, and Nashville Film Festival. Reactions to the film so far have been very positive. In this drama Günther aims to paint a picture of poverty and the desperation it causes, as well as critiquing society’s obsession with material gain.
One Of These Days will be in UK cinemas on 1st April.
