A final trailer for the anticipated Pixar film Lightyear has landed ahead of the film’s 17th June release.
June 17th will see Lightyear hit cinemas and as such the marketing campaign is ramping up, with yet another trailer for the film being released. Earlier previews of the upcoming Pixar film have given us our first glimpse of the Space Ranger’s spaceship, and shockingly, his hair. This action-packed trailer introduces Lightyear’s classic nemesis, Zurg who it has been confirmed, will be voiced by Josh Brolin opposite Chris Evans as Buzz. Keke Palmer, Dale Soules and Taika Waititi are all part of the ensemble too.
The film is directed by Pixar veteran animator Angus MacLane, who was also a co-director on Finding Dory and tells the story of the ‘real’ Buzz Lightyear on whom the toy (portrayed by Tim Allen in the Toy Story movies) was based.
