Simon Brew’s Movie Geek Live show returns to Birmingham – and tickets are on sale now.
By sort-of-popular-demand, the Film Stories Movie Geek Live show is back again, with two more gigs set for Birmingham before the end of the year. More details on the Christmas special soon, but for now, tickets are now on sale for the next show, which takes place on Wednesday November 24th.
We’re back at the Midlands Arts Centre in Birmingham. We’re forsaking any income from it ourselves to help support the MAC, but also, we’ll be bringing 90 minutes of movie nerdism with us. Possibly a little quiz too. If you’ve been to any of the last couple of shows, you can probably testify to the fact that the quizzes go a bit odd.
We cannot guarantee there won’t be a clip of Nicolas Cage shouting testicles.
Anyway, back to the show. If you’ve not been to one before, it involves Simon chatting about film, showing clips, interviewing special guests (where possible!) and generally nerding on about the movies. Plus, your chance to submit questions too.
I’ll also be giving everyone who attends a free back issue of Film Stories magazine as well.
