A terrific weekend of LGBTQIA+ cinema is coming up next month in Northampton.

The brilliant Northampton Filmhouse is a terrific independent cinema, and it’s got a weekend of LGBTQIA+ cinema coming up, for which tickets are now on sale.

It’s for the Filmhouse’s third annual Q-Film Weekender, that’s running from 8th to the 10th of November. You can find the full programme here – https://www.northamptonfilmhouse.com/news/q-film-weekender-programme-announcement/ – but amongst the highlights are the European Premiere of Molly Hewitt’s Holy Trinity, romance Song Lang, Levan Akin’s And Then We Danced, and Madame, described as an intimate journey into gender identity of a flamboyant 90-year-old grandma and her filmmaker grandson.

That’s just a flavour of what’s coming up, with the programme also featuring a whole bunch of short films.

What’s more, there’s a trailer too, and it looks like this…

Tickets for films and events can now be booked via the Filmhouse website www.northamptonfilmhouse.com or by calling 01604 624811.
