British sci-fi film Of Infinite Worlds is proving to be an ambitious project, with a slightly different funding idea behind it too – trailer here.

Here’s a film whose story we’ve been closely following. Simon Cox previously spent a decade getting his first feature film made, Invasion Planet Earth, which secured a UK cinema release at the end of 2019. It was and is an achievement and a half.

He’s wasted little time trying to get his second film going since then, and he’s been working on Of Infinite Worlds during the lockdowns of the last year. He’s also got an ambitious plan to fund the film, via the sale of mugs. He reckons he can cover the budget by – instead of traditional crowdfunding methods – selling a whole host of Of Infinite Worlds mugs, and you can get yourself one here: you help the film, you get a mug!

Simon has just released the first trailer for the film, which remains in production. Here’s the link to the merchandise, and here’s a taste of what he has in store for us…
