Reuniting Guy Ritchie with The Stath, the anticipated action thriller Wrath Of Man is set to arrive next month – in the US at least.

Guy Ritchie’s next film, Wrath Of Man, which will see him re-team with the mighty Jason Statham, will be arriving on April 23rd in the US. Unfortunately, no UK release details have arrived yet. The film is a remake of 2004’s French action-thriller Le Convoyeur. The plot revolves around H (Jason Statham), a cold and mysterious character working at a cash truck company responsible for moving hundreds of millions of dollars around Los Angeles each week.

The production certainly seems to have been a success, with Ritchie plucking Statham and co-star Josh Hartnett to feature in his next project, Five Eyes. That one is a brilliantly bananas-sounding project that follows Statham’s character, an MI6 agent who goes by the rather brilliant name of Orson Fortune, being paired up with a CIA tech expert (Aubrey Plaza) to stop the sale of a deadly new weapons technology that could presumably end all life as we know it.

Ritchie and Statham have good form, having collaborated several times before. We’re certainly looking forward to seeing what they do with Wrath Of Man, which also features intertwining narratives and a cast including Josh Hartnett, Scott Eastwood, Holt McCallany, Jeffrey Donovan, Laz Alonso, Raul Castillo and Niamh Algar.

We’ll bring you more news on this one, including a UK release date as we hear it.
