A new trailer lands, as the unmissable upcoming British film Saint Maud edges just a little bit closer to release.

When cinemas were shut down earlier in the year, many distributors opted to release seemingly lower profile films via digital download services rather than wait for the big screen to be available again. In the case of StudioCanal though, it’s held its nerve with the upcoming psychological horror Saint Maud.

The film is from director Rose Glass, and stars Morfydd Clark in the title role. Bluntly, we don’t want to tell you a fat lot about it either, short of the fact that it’s really something very special indeed.

The purpose of this story, then, is to give you a quick update on its cinema release. The movie has come forward two weeks in the release schedule, from October 23rd to its new date of October 9th.

Do consider putting it on your to-watch list. The trailer’s below, but conversely, we’d recommend you don’t watch it. This one’s best enjoyed very, very cold…
