Marvel Studios have released the first trailer for Shang-Chi And The Legend Of The Ten Rings, releasing in cinemas on the 3rd September 2021.

Happy birthday to Simu Liu and happy Monday to all of us, as Marvel has released its first teaser trailer for Shang-Chi And The Legend Of The Ten Rings.

As the Marvel Cinematic Universe moves into phase 4 we’re getting a whole new bunch of characters and from the looks of it, more experimental films ranging genres. Shang-chi will be the second film released in the phase following the upcoming release of Black Widow and we’ve finally got a good look at the action-packed blockbuster.

The film follows Shang-Chi who must confront a past he left behind when he is drawn into the web of the mysterious Ten Rings organization. Starring Simu Liu who is more well known for his tv work in shows like Kim’s Convenience, he has also worked as a stunt double and if the trailer is anything to go by, we’re going to see some excellent fight choreography in this performance. Also co-starring is Akwafina, bring her signature dose of comedy to the Marvel universe.

Marvel fans are particularly excited for the film as it set to mark the real cinematic debut of villain Mandarin, who was teased as appearing in Iron Man 3. The character twist in Shane Black’s 2013 film divided fans, so hopefully, this new film will satisfy those left disappointed last time.

Entertainment Weekly have also released some first-look images.

Check out the trailer below and let us know if you’re as excited as we are for the 3rd of September!
