The third Skyline film, that goes by the name Skylin3s, will be in UK cinemas from December – and here’s the new trailer for the movie.
From the pen of Liam O’Donnell, who also directs the movie once again, comes Skylin3s, the third movie in the Skyline series of films. Given that the second film was a genuinely surprisingly effective sequel, we’re looking forward to this one, and we’ve got the news now that it’ll be getting a UK cinema release as well.
The movie stars Lindsey Morgan, Jonathan Howard, Rhona Mitra, James Cosmo, Alexander Siddig, Daniel Bernhardt and Cha-lee Yoon, and after premiering at FrightFest Halloween over the weekend, it’s now set for release on December 18th 2020.
Furthermore, the official trailer and synopsis have been released as well, so let’s take a look.

Several years after aliens invaded Earth, former killer extra-terrestrials have had their biology altered so they can peacefully coexist with humans. When a lethal virus emerges, the aliens start to revert to their unstoppable, human-hunting form. To save Earth, super-powered hybrid Captain Rose Corley must lead a team of elite soldiers on a deadly mission beyond the far reaches of space to the alien planet Cobalt1. This time, to save our world – we must invade theirs.
With writer and director Liam O’Donnell again at the helm of this thrilling sequel, expect explosive action, mind-bending special effects and a continuation of the galactic world-building that fans have come to know and love from the action sci-fi series.
