Finally, the new Saw movie will be heading to the UK just in time for indoor cinemas opening their doors once again.

It’s been a long time coming, one of the many movies significantly delayed following, well, the last year. But finally, the latest Saw movie has a new UK release date, and it’s heading our way on May 17th 2021. Just the film to mark the reopening of UK indoor cinemas, in fact.

This one’s got Chris Rock, Max Mingella, Marisol Nichols and Samuel L Jackson leading the ensemble. Darren Lynn Bousman is directing, from a script by Josh Stolberg and Pete Goldfinger.

What’s more, to salute the news of the new UK release date, there’s a brand new trailer too. It looks like this…

Jackson), brash Detective Ezekiel “Zeke” Banks (Chris Rock) and his rookie partner (Max Minghella) take charge of a grisly investigation into murders that are eerily reminiscent of the city’s gruesome past. Unwittingly entrapped in a deepening mystery, Zeke finds himself at the center of the killer’s morbid game.

Just under two months to go then…
