No Sudden Move is an ensemble crime drama with quite a cast, and it’s heading to digital download in the UK this month.

Now this is a shame. Steven Soderbergh is a director who, even with his experimental work, clearly has the big screen in mind. His latest movie though, No Sudden Move, will be bypassing the big screen in the UK. Instead, Warner Bros is sending it directly to digital download in October.

The movie is called No Sudden Move, and it’s a 50s-set piece about a bunch of small time criminals recruited to steal a document. Things as you might expect don’t quite go to plan, and thinks escalate from that point onwards.

Soderbergh has pulled together quite the cast for the film too, including Don Cheadle, Benicio Del Toro, David Harbour, with Ray Liotta, Jon Hamm, Amy Seimetz, Brendan Fraser, Kieran Culkin, Julia Fox, Frankie Shaw and Bill Duke.

It’ll be available on October 10th from all major video on demand platforms in the UK, and you can see a trailer for it right here…
