The marketing campaign ramps back up for Christopher Nolan’s Tenet, and here’s the brand new trailer for the eagerly-awaited movie.

Warner Bros and writer/director Christopher Nolan are pressing ahead with the plan to get the movie Tenet in cinemas this July, with a notable ramping up of the marketing campaign this week.

Following a collection of TV spots landing, a full trailer for the movie has now been released for the film, although the July 17th release date for the feature is nowhere to be found on it. That gives all concerned some wiggle room should cinemas not yet have opened in time. Still, it’s pretty well known now that Tenet is being seen as the big film to reopen cinemas around the world with, and it’s currently – along with Disney’s Mulan – one of the last two big movies standing this side of August.

Be in no doubt the movie is getting a big screen release, though: note the words ‘coming to cinemas’ right at the end.

Here, then, is the new trailer for the film. You’ll find the synopsis underneath…

Christopher Nolan’s “Tenet” is an action epic evolving from the world of international espionage. Nolan wrote and directed the film, utilizing a mixture of IMAX® and 70mm film to bring the story to the screen. “Tenet” was filmed on location across seven countries. The international cast is led by John David Washington and also includes Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Dimple Kapadia, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Clémence Poésy, with Michael Caine and Kenneth Branagh.

The film is currently scheduled for release on July 17th 2020.
